Die Katholische Hochschule Freiburg ist Baden-Württembergs größte Hochschule im Bereich Sozial- und Gesundheitswesen. Die Forschung an der Hochschule konzentriert sich dabei auf drei zukunftsweisende und innovative Forschungsschwerpunkte:
- Bildung, Sozialisation und Inklusion,
- Versorgungsforschung in Gerontologie, Pflege und Gesundheitswesen sowie
- Religion und Ethik.
Das Institut für Angewandte Forschung (IAF) ist das zentrale Forschungsinstitut der Hochschule. Die Projekte am IAF greifen Fragen des Strukturwandels in den sozial-caritativen, pflegerischen und pastoralen Diensten auf.
The Catholic University of Applied Sciences Freiburg (CUF) is Baden-Wuerttemberg's largest university in the field of social and health care. Research at CUF focuses on three future-oriented and innovative research clusters:
- Education, Socialization and Inclusion,
- Provision of Services in Gerontology, Nursing Science and Health Care, and
- Religion and Ethics.
The Institute of Applied Research (IAF) is the central research institute of CUF. The projects at the IAF address issues such as structural change in social-caritative, nursing and pastoral services.
